In response to an art residency in WA’s Wheatbelt I wrote a series of Haiku poems, illustrated by a collection of original artworks.

The ending of the drought and the coming of the first rains of the season saw the red earth transformed into emerald fields. But the impact of the creation of this massive monoculture has changed the landscape irrevocably.
