I based this series on the varietal characteristics that South Australian vintners described to me.

Expressing each grape varietal’s aroma, flavour, texture and density as complex layers of rich abstract colour.

Boysenberry, blueberry, blackberry, mulberry

Smoke, chalk dust, not green

Exuberant juicy, velvet, generous, plush
